Who We Are Looking For
We are looking to hire Campus Representatives to join our first-class team at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada.
As a Campus Representative, you will be the face of the organization on campus, connecting with students and promoting our storage solutions. Your primary goal is to generate leads, drive sales, and enhance our brand's visibility among the student community through various marketing and sales activities.
The job is fast-paced and requires strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
This is a unique opportunity to have a direct impact in serving students, and developing with the fastest growing student storage company in Canada. The ideal candidate is someone who is dedicated, organized, willing to learn, has integrity, and is committed to providing a high level of effort and service during every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Promotion: Actively promote UBC Student Storage’s services to fellow students through word-of-mouth, distribution of marketing materials, and participation in campus events.
Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers, collect contact information, and follow up on leads to convert interest into sales.
Market Research: Gather insights on student needs, preferences, and feedback on our services to help tailor our offerings.
Event Management: Organize and participate in campus events, fairs, and move-in/move-out days to promote our services.
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent UBC Student Storage with professionalism and enthusiasm, embodying our values and mission.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and feedback to the marketing team on sales progress, market trends, and student feedback.
Preferred Qualifications
Current UBC student with a strong network and knowledge of the campus community.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus.
Ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple tasks.
Passion for helping fellow students and improving the campus living experience.
Strong customer service skills and a high degree of professionalism
Willingness to proactively learn, take feedback, improve, and grow
